Unless customization is specifically offered and selected, your freshie will be made to match the colors and design shown in the product image.
To get the most from your freshie:
Hang freely from your rearview mirror or another suitable location.
Avoid direct contact with dashboards, plastics, leather, vinyl, painted surfaces, or fabrics.
Do not place the freshie directly on any vehicle surface.
Scent strength and longevity may vary depending on the fragrance selected, temperature, airflow, and environmental conditions.
High temperatures can cause freshies to soften. Avoid leaving them on surfaces, especially in extreme heat.
Keep away from children and pets. Not for consumption.
Because each freshie is handmade and scented, all sales are final. Please see our Satisfaction & Replacement Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Because our car freshies are handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or customization choices.
We do, however, want you to be happy with your order!
If your freshie arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note: Replacements are provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are not available for normal wear, misuse, scent preference, or damage that occurs after delivery.
All orders ship for a flat rate of $7.50, regardless of the number of car freshies in your order.
